Kimberly Lewis maintains a private mediation practice in the San Gabriel Valley also serving the Los Angeles areas. Kimberly’s extensive training as a Work Place Mediator, along with her broad experience working with union officials, corporate executives, city, county and state agencies, give her unique skills as a dispute resolution professional.

With over 22 years of negotiation experienced working within tight time frames, she has served on many grievance committees, contract negotiation teams, and community organizations. Kimberly has the talent to quickly define the nature of a conflict, while assisting disputants in reaching a mutual satisfactory resolution. Kimberly’s facilitative mediation style has been described as all-encompassing and tenacious.

Kimberly’s formal mediation training includes: The Los Angeles County Bar Association for Civic Mediation, Basic Mediation Training, The American Institute of Mediation, Advanced Litigation Mediator Training, along with volunteering over 300 mediation hours with The Los Angeles County Department of Consumer Affairs.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in African American Studies from California State University Los Angeles, in Los Angeles, along with Paralegal Certifications in Probate and General Studies.

She enjoys donating her time and services to her local and surrounding communities supporting youth programs in and out of classrooms. Kimberly is also a long standing member of the Red Hatters Society.
